Thank you for visiting my journal....
Today - no cardio
Training, heaviest lifted today:
RDLs - 100lb
Incline DB Press - 30lb each
BB Curls - 50lb
Squats - 80lb
Lat Pull Down - 110lb
I didn't sweat much during the workout as I usually do... because i was talking to a friend of mine between sets... I hate it sometimes when people start talking to me because it takes my consentration off and makes me rest longer then usual... I was very tired toward the end though.
Nothing much planned for today. I will have my PWO meal in about 5 min. Then driving home and cleaning.... I know not fun... but I have to do it.... After that need to do my homework..... nothing much planned after that....
