No more excuses!
Hello everyone, I am new to this site, but am not new to working out. I currently work with an online trainer who plans meals and workouts for me. It has been going great so far except that I keep on slipping every now and then. I spent the money but many times I feel like I am failing myself....

I am currently 5.3, weigh 127lb

My usual week is as follows:
Monday - off or sometimes teach a class
Tuesday - Train
Wed - teach 2 45 min classes
Thur - Train
Friday - teach a class
Sat - Train
Sunday - Teach a class + extra cardio

My goal is weight loss.... or should I say fat loss of about 15 lb.... I have been striving to reach this goal for about a year but have not met it yet..... Hopefully with journaling here I can stay on track better.

Today - no cardio
Training, heaviest lifted today:
RDLs - 100lb
Incline DB Press - 30lb each
BB Curls - 50lb
Squats - 80lb
Lat Pull Down - 110lb

I didn't sweat much during the workout as I usually do... because i was talking to a friend of mine between sets... I hate it sometimes when people start talking to me because it takes my consentration off and makes me rest longer then usual... I was very tired toward the end though.

Nothing much planned for today. I will have my PWO meal in about 5 min. Then driving home and cleaning.... I know not fun... but I have to do it.... After that need to do my homework..... nothing much planned after that....

I felt so hungry yesterday, so I went a bit off the planned meals - I had an extra 1.5c of grapes + 2tbl of Peanut Butter

Today going ok so far.
No training
Cardio - taught a class + HIIT on the sairmaster - I still feel tired
I then had to go to school to meet w/group to work on a project and now back home again cooking my meals
