expiration of whey, how long after is it good till?

I bought some ON chocolate like a year and a half ago and it has been sitting in my garage all that time. I had some other whey instead, and I quit working out so I didnt take any whey at all for a while.

now Im getting back into working out hardcore and I'll be starting all of my supps again. But im short on cash and want to pinch every penny right now.

the why expires Oct 2006, this month. so how long can I use it? I'll probably finish it in a month and a half.

You're wise to respect expiration dates, but with whey that goes out of code this month you can absolutely use it up without a second thought. It's not a very perishable product as long as its been kept dry.

i have the same problem with a tub of N-Large II. only mine expired September of this year. should i continue to take it, or dump it?

Ive used protein powder thats been months past the expiration date, with no issues.....you should be fine.

i would go ahead and use it unless moisture got in there, then it might not be good anymore
