How I get great pumps

I am writing this not to bash NO products or people who use them. I used both MRI's N02 and BSN's Nitrix with good (not great) results myself. However, I find the way that works the best for me as far as getting a great pump is all in how i eat. I've been eating tons of oats and brown rice (usually 2 servings of each per day) and the pumps I get (not only when I work out, but all day long) are excellent. Doing cardio more recently has also helped my body in its ability to get a fuller pump. Once again, not bashing NO products or their users, but maybe something to help everyone out who can't fork out the cash to buy these products.

well, carbs are needed to refill glycogen and restore muscle fullness with body fluid. i dont know about cardio helping to give your body a pump, but i know constant effort helps. do plenty of bicep curls with just 25lbs to failure (or whatever seems fairly easy for you) then try and tell me you dont feel pumped arms after that. dips and chin ups work well too. you dont need a NO product to get a pump, but they can help make it easier to achieve and last longer.

hell, i get a pump just from brushing my teeth, but im weird like that.

"Having a long or frequent memory for mistakes and a short or infrequent memory for successes is a guaranteed way to develop fear of failure. High achievers dwell on what they do well and spend very little time evaluating themselves and their performances."
