My First Cycle
After reading about everyone's cycle, I decided to to post my first cycle. I am actually starting tonight, as my stuff all arrived yesterday. My goal is to add at least 20 pounds of good muscle when everything is done.
Cycle will be
HGH - 2IU 5 on/2off
Deca - 300mg/week
Test-E - 200 mg/week
Arimidex - 0.5mg a day
PCT will be
HCG
Clomid
My workout is listed in my profile if anyone is interested. My diet will be fairly simple. At least 300g of protein a day and moderate carbs and fat.
I will keep everyone posted on my progress and experience during this cycle

Bump the test to 100mg higher than the deca.
Also im not familular with gh, but I think the average dose is 4i.u, I might be wrong.

NO I never got full amount back from 'him', still owed for FAKE t3 and wu fee... More than a year on I can't be bothered to carry on chasing it up.. Unfortunatly word is he is on another bb community forum still selling

I am about to start week 2 and thought I would provide everyone with an update.
Things are going well. I no problems with the injections and just a little pain for a couple days from the Deca & Test. I am having great energy in the gym and adding either more weight or doing extra reps to about everything. I stepped on scales in today and saw that i am up about 6 pounds. Eating around 300g of protein. I had some initial problems trying to get enough protein but it has been getting. Just was not that hungry but that seems to be changing. Plus work was a little crazy this week and getting back to normal will also help with getting enough food and protein

up you test to at least 400 mgs a week, as when you take gh you need an abundant amount of test to make it worth while or else it is pretty much pointless,try 500mg test,300 mgs deca ans 2-3 ius gh,and try to get in 350-400 grams of protein because with the anabolic state you will be in as much protein as possible is necassary,good luck.

You don't need the deca. It just overcomplicates things to be stacking on the first cycle. You'd be better off with 400mgs of test ew for 10 weeks.

Sorry for the lack of progress posts. I got swamped between work, lifting, eating and other personnal issues that I just did not have the time. Thought I would post a summary of my results.
I am just about to finish my PCT and I am very happy with the results for my first cycle. I gained a total of over 22 pounds of mostly lean muscle and sizeable gains in all measurements. An example is I gained over an 1" on my thighs, 1" on my calves, and over 1/2 inch on my arms. I had a very solid increase in my strength in all my lifts, an average of my 22% increase. For side effects, the only "bad" side effect was some mild body acne.
Changes for the next cycle
1. FOOD - While I was getting between 350g and 375g of protein a day, I think I feel short on totally calories. I was more interested in eating perfectly clean then eating enough calories. Next cycle i need to get my protein closer to 450g and at least 5000 calories.
2. WORKOUT - While I was working out hard, I think i could have done a routine that would have maximized my results. I am thinking that a 4-on/1-off my be the best because it will allow for working out each body part twice a week.
3. CYCLE - I liked how i felt and thinking of keeping with Test-E & Deca as the cornerstone of my next cycle. I do want to increase the Test to 500mg/wk and extend the cycle to 12 weeks. I am also thinking of adding an oral for the first four weeks to jumpstart.
Suggestions are always welcome.

I have just one suggestion, post some pics.
I noticed on your profile that your weight was 210lbs on about Oct 30, then peaked at about 223lbs on Dec 9 (approx 13lb gain).
Your weight then dropped from 223 to 214 between Dec 9 and Jan 24 (approx 9lb loss). It appears your net gain up to a week ago was 4lbs.
This is typical of casual steroid users to lose most of their gains in the 4 weeks after a cycle. Expect to progressively lose more throughout coming weeks as you train less and eat less.

Let this be a lesson to everyone that recreational steroid use without a proper diet and enough time and energy put into keeping up the training afterwards, is a waste of time and money.
