Ive just started training hard the last month and a half as a shoulder injury I had as improved some what. I hope to show you some descent definition in the next few months. Ive put on 10kg in the last month and a half and now weigh 88kg.Ive been eating like theres no tomorrow but Im gonna slow down as i only want to be about 90-92kg ,been forcing myself to eat and its been making me spew a fair bit
