The leanest I've seen for ground beef is 93% lean. I've seen ground turkey at 99% lean, but that stuff is so dry.
Where do you buy your 96-97% lean ground beef?
And can you cook the beef without any oil? That is, 3/4 of the cook time, the beef starts cooking in its own fat?
