Right now im taking 2 when I wake up and 2 before I eat luch (12:45)
I have been reading that some people are taking upto 6 pills per day but the label on my bottle says not to exceed more then 4 pills per day.

i took 6 because i couldn't feel anything with 4 after a while. then when i ran out i bought some ephedrine and caffeine and i've never been happier.

ive been taking 4 a day for a week now and honestly I dont feel ****. I dont feel like my heart rate has increased and I dont feel any energy. Should I up it to 6?Originally Posted by eldawg

Bump it up to 6 a day and see how you feel. If 4 is not doing anything for you.

Instead of Lipo id rather buy Yohimbine HCL, Ephedrine HCL, and Anhydrous Caffeine: Then use a EC - YC - EC stack daily or as you see fit.
