Don't Make Excuses That You Can't Get In Shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you're not in shape, don't make excuses that you can't get in the shape of your life. OF COURSE YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!
Check out Vince Taylor, he's 50 years old, and has a physique that is better than 90% of young guys out there. He looks almost as good as he did when he was in 30s, winning the arnold classic and placing top 3 at the O.
So, if you're fat, old, out of shape or whatever, don't make excuses that you can't get in shape. Its all about confidence and belief in yourself, belief that you can do things, rather that you can't do it. If Vince Taylor can do it at 50, you certainly can
See it, believe it, achieve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most people are full of insecurities and walk around with their heads down and just live day-to-day miserable in the hope that things will change in their lives and they believe they can't do things. Know that Vince was small and skinny as a young adult, he didn't start bodybuilding till his mid-20s, but he didn't make excuses like 'well I just don't have what it takes to get into great shape' or 'I don't have the genetics for bodybuilding' or 'I just can't do it.' or 'I'm too old to get in shape'. He believed he could get in great shape and he did it. The mind controls everything we do, if you can concieve it in your mind, you can achieve it.

yeah ok he takes steroids, but they don't get you in shape. He's in shape from hard work, confidence and determination. There's plenty of guys who are natural and in even better shape than incredible Vince at 50

Getting in shape if all in your mind.........its all about confidence
Confidence is key to achieving your goals and dreams. If you don't have confidence in yourself, then you will never see yourself having the things you want, therefore making it impossible to get them. Confidence is the same as believing in yourself, when you believe in positive things, you set the tone for what will happen in life...
Remove all doubt, remove all negative thoughts. The greatest battle that we fight is the one in the mirror
I'll never forget the first time I asked out a girl, I was 20 and I'd never done anything like it before, just pulled girls in clubs and things like that. I remember before hand feeling nauseous beyond belief - this came out of nowhere. Fear was setting in and I was thinking back to all the times I'd messed up, all the times I'd missed chances and opportunities to ask girls in the past and all the negativity that I grew up with was attacking me that very moment.
I remember then looking up at the ceiling and praying for strength. I then immediately began having thoughts of the opportunities I'd missed in the past just because I hadn't believe I could do it and all chances I'd failed to take just because I lacked the confidence to get what I wanted. I immediately got myself off that chair and said, "Rise brave warrior and claim the golden crown. This is what I want and I'm taking it tonight, its mine."
I went out there and did it. You see, if I left my mind in that scared place, I would have thrown up or not even been able to go out there. But I changed my mindset, just like changing the channel on TV. The mind is the most powerful tool we have. It can be your friend or your worst enemy.
I talk to guys all the time about guys who have insecurities and they are always worried about how others look at them. They are afraid of doing things because they are afraid that they can't do it, they have convinced themselves that they can't, and they are afraid to live their life to the fullest because of the simple fact that they feel they don't belong.
The worst thing you can do in life is not doing something. Imagine going through your whole life saying "I could have, should have."
This is nothing more than fear. Fear to change, fear to grow or fear to lose. You have to take chances in life. Nobody is going to just give you a great body. You have to earn it. There is no room for fear and negativity. Be confident. Don't let anything or anyone stand in your way.
Your mind is what will make you or break you. If you feel you don't have what it takes, then work on what you need to do in order to get there. If you believe you will be successful, then you will be. If you don't see yourself as a winner, then you will never win.
A German proverb says "fear makes the wolf bigger than he is" Exactly how can we make fear our friend?
"You have nothing to fear but fear itself."
Never say to yourself that you can't do something, but say that you can do it. If you think you have what it takes, then you will succeed, but if you think you don't, then you will never win at anything
Don't be one of those people who walk around miserable and make excuses and being negative, pessimistic and depressed in life. Don't make excuses like 'I havn't got what it takes so I can't do it', or 'this just isn't my thing, so I can't do that' or 'I've never done that before, so I'll never be able to do it.' These doubts exist only in your mind and no where else! If you fill your mind with positive thoughts, if you believe you can do something and if you can see it happening, you can achieve it.
Know that I had no confidence when I was younger, but as I grew up, I became confident. I never said to myself "Well I just don't have what it takes to ask that girl out on a date" or "I can't speak well in public, so I never will able to" or "*I'm not good enough to go after that job of my dreams, so I can't do it" or "I'm just not a sociable person, so I can't new friends" or "Sport just isn't my thing, so I'll never be a sporty person." Don't be one of those people who go through life making excuses. The only thing that can hold you back is yourself. You can do all these things and more if you change your mindset by believing that you can do these things, and acting upon that.
Learn to love yourself, don't make excuses like "well everyone I know is unhappy with their lives and relationships, and it's normal to just work at a job you hate and thats how life is". No, you have to set your own standards for excellence. You can achieve anything in life if you are confident that you can do it.'
Don't settle, you can always do better if you truly feel in your heart that something is not for you, or if you just don't feel right with something, then you are probably right.
Confidence is eveything, looks, talent, everything else is useless without confidence. Every leader is confident, every president is confident.'
Act as if it is impossible to fail, that is what will steer a person from away from failure and toward success, act as if it is impossible to fail.

this isn't about bodywash, its about how incredible Vince Taylor is at getting in amazing shape at 50. So don't make excuses that you can't get in shape, I don't care who you are or what your genetics or age are, if you're starting giving me silly excuses about why you can't get in decent shape, I'll just laugh because I'll know you're just lying to yourself and post more pics of Vince for incredible inspiration

Bodywashes are usually more sensitive. You dont use bleach to wash your dishes, so dont use hand soap on your body.
