A one-liner isn't the same thing as a catch phrase. A catchphrase would be something like, "Cash rules everything around me--CREAM--get the money, dolla dolla bills y'all". A one-liner would be something like, "When I go out, I'm gonna go out shootin'/I don't mean when I die, I mean when I go out to the club, stupid".
