Big football game this week. I've worked hard and I'm looking to maxamize my performance on the field. High School football games are played for 48 minutes, but will last around 2:30. Heres what I have in my cabinet right now to choose from. Looking for what to take/When to take it. Looking to maxamize strength, endurance, and my mental concentration.

Potassium
Zinc
Vitamin C
Fish Oil (Udo's)
L-Carnitine
L-Arginine
L-Tyrosine
BCAA Tabs
AMP
-Powders
Purple Wraath
BCAA + L Glutamine
NO Xplode
Lately I've been taking a mix of the vitamins, I just don't want to be taking too much or too little, I'd like to double check to make sure my plan is efficient. What I'm really lost on is the stim. Don't like NO Xplode, really made me tired and dehydrated during the game. Last game I took 2 scoops of Purple Wraath and 1 AMP. Tell me what you all think.

I play football right now for a D-1 JUCO and what they make us take is a protein shake w/ water, Multi Vit and more water, BCAA with alot of water, Glut with even more water, o and some more water. Make sure the DAY before not just the night before he LOADS up on carbs and gets about at least a 4:1 ratio carbs to BW. on the day of the game eat alot of protein. And drink lots and lots of water cause thats the #1 way of decreasing your performance

don't experiment before a game, he should be trying all this before practice so he knows what works for him. I eat a cup of steel cut oats and a couple scoops of protein powder about 2 hours before the game then continue to drink 40g of EAA until game time

I'd say I would take something that is tried and true for the user. For instance 200mgs of caffeine is perfect for me. Not too much but just enough to make me feel great.
