critique my diet
maybe it needs a bit of tweaking??
breakfast 730-4 strips bacon, and a carb control yogurt or 1 glass of 2% low carb milk...24g fat, 15g protein, 3g carb
lunch 11-1 atkins shake, protein bar...18g fat, 47g protein, 5 net carbs
after school, pre workout-Home made chicken salad...5g fat, 35g protein, 5g carb
Post workout- 2 scoop whey- 2g fat, 48g protein, 6g carb
dinner- typically a large serving of red meat, or fish, and broccoli...25g fat, 48g protein, 4g carb
Totals: 74g fat, 193g protein, 23g carb
i havent included eggs or cheese because i am allergic to both, and in between meals ill typically snack on mixed nuts(no cashews), or beef jerkey

If you are still around 187 you are not taking in enough calories. Another thing is that your macros are way off with everything. From what you posted you will be taking in roughly 1530 calories. That breaks down to 43% Fat / 50 % Protein / 6% Carbs. The only thing that is right with these ratios are the carbs. Take your lean body mass and that is how many grams you need of protein. The rest should be fat calories and trace carbs. Oh yeah and a good basepoint (depending on your activity level) is weight x 12 = Amount of calories for cutting. So you would take around 2200.

Ditch those two for real foods if you can.
I don't trust any 'low carb' products personally.

1 tablespoon of olive oil is 100 calories. And it is all GOOD fat. So if you need more fat in your diet, which you do, its a perfect food, or oil !

oil, butter, salad dressing - little additions like those will add up, and they're not filling
or, keep nuts in your pocket.
I didn't mean it like that guys.
