I work out with weights 4 days a week and do high intensity sprints 2 times a week. Should I supplement with creatine and glutamine everyday, and if so how much should I take?

as for creatine dont take more than 5g per day or your just wasting your money.. i have tried different methods of taking it and taking 15,10, and 5 all yielded the same results... however if in the first 5 days you want to take 10-12 g than i noticed it is slightly beneficial for loading it in quicker but after about 5 days its pointless and your wasting it.
