    Instant Coffee vs Regular Brewed

    Now I am not much of a coffee drinker. I mostly drink green tea, other teas and a lot of water. But I had a cup a week ago before class and I realized it was very helpful for two major reasons. One my Professor is extremley boring, 4 hour class puts everyone to sleep. And two I wear contacts so I am getting tired from his lessons and my contacts fatigue my eyes. So is there anything wrong with drinking a cup once or twice a day??? Also is instant that bad? Any additives that would screw up my diet??

    Instant is fine. Drink a cup about an hour before a workout too.

    I drink a cup every morning of brewed coffee. Wakes me up and tatstes good. Coffee has antioxidants, so thats a plus.

    1-2 cups of coffee per day can be an effective stimulant and is an antioxidant... but one out of every 3-4 weeks you should quit drinking coffee for the week or a caffine dependance may occur.

    I personally drink a large expresso from the local coffee house most mornings.
