Now I am not much of a coffee drinker. I mostly drink green tea, other teas and a lot of water. But I had a cup a week ago before class and I realized it was very helpful for two major reasons. One my Professor is extremley boring, 4 hour class puts everyone to sleep. And two I wear contacts so I am getting tired from his lessons and my contacts fatigue my eyes. So is there anything wrong with drinking a cup once or twice a day??? Also is instant that bad? Any additives that would screw up my diet??
if u're concerned about caffeine content,
Just FYI , cheaper coffee / coffee beans, 'Robusta' beans have a higher caffeine content than their expensive relative, the 'Arabica' bean..
Almost all instant coffee is made with 'Robusta' beans..
Since u're a tea drinker, i can't comment much, but, if u decide to start coffee... Plz stay away from instant at all causes ...
Ground up some good beans, and make urself a nice black coffee, and enjoy the complexities of the almost 0 calorie beverage..
Green tea is fine aslong as it the natural one with no sugar
green tea contains natrual caffiene but not as potent as coffee =D its just good to flush out the body thats all and provide a slight energy lift during the day
