Supplements on Cardio days??
So tuesday thursday i do cardio, no weight. And i'm taking no-xplode,cell mass, nitrix and protein. I was wondering if i should take the recommended workout ammount of cell mass on my cario days, or do the off days (non-training) ammount. Boy that sounds confusing.
Also, with the new formula of No-Xplode it doesn't mention (non-training) like the old formula did...should it still be taken on off days?
