If you think HTP is done after this, you're mistaken. Jared will be fighting this as there is SO much more going on here than what has been released so far. I asked for permission to share the info I've received and give some insight into it. As soon as it's approved, I'll post the ridiculousness in here.

The fact that this is how the FDA has to try and stop dmaa when they can't do it through traditional banning how the law states they HAVE to is extremely telling

How much mona****n k was found in Choladrene? That would determine if it was legal to be sold or not.

That was listed in the paperwork I saw, it was simply presented as "present" which they claim is enough to indict someone lol

What do you mean through traditional banning? DSHEA makes it very clear what falls under the legislation as adulterants. Per DSHEA DMAA is an adulterant and thus NOT ALLOWED to be an ingredient in dietary supplements. You guys poked a stick at the FDA, tried to sue them, and you guys lost. The judge’s decision clearly stated that DMAA is not a dietary ingredient that can be used in dietary supplements. You guys continuing to sell it doesn’t mean that it’s legal unless outright banned, all that illustrates is that the FDA hasn’t taken action yet.

The fact they are dangling 1,3 DMAA over his head to stop selling to be released is just the FDA going "we are tired of this, we are changing the rules"
Its not even part of the indictment, but they included it anyway, cause well, that's the government for you
If this was truly about Red Yeast Rice, they wouldn't have included 1,3 DMAA, but lettuce real tea here, the FDA does want they want, and the sooner its disbanded the better off the country will be.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

And unfortunately for us (people who just want to work out and take a pre-workout product of our choosing) have to suffer. That's what I hate, them telling me what I can and cannot take.
I'm not sure how this is all going to shake out, but for right now it definitely appears to be a witch hunt from all the information Vaughn posted. Vaughn dropping the FACTS like usual, well done sir
