Hey man, Wednesday should be OK, unless you're in alot of pain. If you're in pain then go to ER right away. It is a very common procedure but it needs to be taken care of. The physician will probably reach through your nut sac and try to push it back into the inguinal canal.

Just actually had that done about 3 hours ago. Quite painful, my nuts are still hurting. Go in for an operation in 2 weeks.

as i understand it, if the hernia was incarcerated or strangled i would be doubled over in pain, and would need emergency surgery. is it safe to assume thats not the case, since this is more of a pronounced discomfort, but im not in serious pain?

Yes this is true most of time, however if the hernia is non-reducible and previously was reducible.. then its time to go the ER to be on the safe side...

(dont wait for a stable condition --------> unstable condition)

    best of luck...

I've had one for over a year. I wouldn't recommend doing that, but it's not strangulated, it never hurts, and I really don't want to take a month off of the gym.
Rest in peace Az, we all miss you.

surgery recovery sucks (had it) cause you can't do anything that stresses your abs/groin for like a month.

But...i feel so much better not having a ****ing third testicle the size of an egg in my sac
