Unless you can back that claim up somehow then I wouldn't run your mouth about it. Ruhl has talked about how he would never use synthol and what not... if he used it why deny it, it would be like denying using roids... anyways if his shoulders were weak than maybe you could suspect synthol... but he throws up some huge poundages on shoulder day, so it's very believable that his shoulders are all muscle and no oil.Originally Posted by antish

I thought synthol gave the muscle an unnatural looking shape and they seem to look very normally shaped... just huge. Although it is a little odd that there is no veins running through shoulders that big.

If I was him I would lay off the delt training and focus more on his lagging tri's. His shoulders overpower everything.
