19-Nor-4-Androstenediol & Estrogen

I have read from many places that 19-nor-4-androstenediol is very estrogenic, other places I read it is anti-estrogenic, not estrogenic prior to conversion, but very estrogenic afterward, blah, blah, ect...

I have searched everywhere and I cant seem to find a solid piece of info. What do you guys think?

My understanding is the diols include no estrogen prior to conversion. So, they would be the safest in that manner.

Regardless, it depends on what sides you are afraid of anyway. Prostrate, hair, bitch tits. I would think, with short cycle and diols, risk is low. But everyone is different I suppose.
