Worst DOMS i've ever experienced
We went to the ****ty school weightroom during gym class so me and a few friends decided we would f*ck aroud and do curls the entire period in honor of the curl and bench fools. Started with the 30dbs and moved down the entire rack without stopping, all the way to the 2lb db for areobic class grandmothers. We would rest only as long as necessary to crank out so more reps. We did this for about half and hour straight no stopping. I had a sick pump all day.
When I woke up next day, I couldn't straighten my arms completely cause they were so sore. Now, two days later my arms woon't go past 80degrees without slowling stretching them for minutes after which they immediately seize up again. It hurts to walk around because my arms are too sore to support themselves, but too seized to hang at my sides without feeling im going to tear my tendon.
Now have a good laugh cause i sure am, but what can i do for this. It's getting worse not better. Im not too worried and if you don;t help because you think im a f*ckin jackass then more power to you. Cheers.

Try using cold and hot water back and forth in the shower followed by a massage of the area.

And whatever you do, don't reverse this order. Bad news.

Me and my roomate did the same thing in college except we did calf raises. Never in my entire life have I experienced pain like that.
For anyone out there that never does calves go do 10 sets of say 150-250 pounds as many times as you can and then talk to me in 36-48 hours. hehehehe

Hay guys, instead of making a new thread. I am bumping this similar thread. I was gonna ask about DOMS.
Why is it that maximum DOMS effect only happens two days after the workout? Any scientific explanation?

I've made myself so sore before, that the WEIGHT of my pecs hanging hurt like hell. Ditto lats.
During wrestling season my neck would get so sore that if my head rolled "off center" that it would just fall over.
I friggin' love it!

Muther F, I did front sqauts the other day 6 sets of 6 reps. I haven't squated in about 2 weeks and i went pretty heavy and they were ass to china low and Im 6'7". I have never ever felt this sore in my quads. Are front squats somehow more straining on the quads? I have been waddling for two days lol! Ive got clean and presses today should I go ahead and do them?

Up fish oil to 10grams when your DOMS is severe. It works like ibuprofen at high doses

One time I tried doing push-ups while drunk. I kept doing them even though I haven't tried them in years.
Next morning, my whole chest and lats were so sore I couldn't raise my arms. I had troubles breathing because it would expand that target area. 4-5 days of DOMS haha
Good times, good times
