the lighting sucks on these but here are some pics i weigh 230 pounds and i think my bf is around 9 percent any feedback would be appreciated

i appreciate it im just suprised u think my back is so good i felt that was the worst pic of the three next time i take pics i will get in better lighting. and yes i have taken phs b4 i think they r ok but the thing i have noticed this year to get in good shape is to try to eat at least 4 whole food meals a day for me they work alot better than protein shakes

I know you're a young guy ....your mass and density is amazing..i think it's just your posing in these photos but your traps seem smaller than in your last batch..that aside..you're damn impressive.

i actually stopped working my traps altogether because everyone including judges at shows tell me that my traps are out of proportion and make my shoulders look more narrow i really doubt my traps will ever get small ive had traps like this since i was 15

you look awsome jordan. I think you might want to get a little lower for your contest weight...judges tend to prefer hardness over size and the additional hardness will make you look harder onstage. I'd say if you hit the stage at 205-210 you'd be big and rip to shreds. BTW I sent you 2 PM's bro check them out.

First off, the advice I'm about to give you is something to focus on more after your contest. At this point you really want to focus on cutting rather than trying to catch up any weak points, but after your contest this is what you'll want to focus on. From the front your shoulders appeared to be your only weak point. Your traps also appear very well developed from the front. However, from the back, it's your lat thickness that stands out, and your rear delts, scapular areas, and even traps seem to be your weak points. I could probably tell a little more exactly what needs work from seeing a rear double biceps pose, but it seems your weak areas are the ones that are most commonly underdeveloped on a lot of bodybuilders. Layne and Skip have some of the same weak points, and I used to have the same weak points until I really started focusing on them. I'm actually going to give you some similar advice to what I gave Skip. You want to focus on shoulders more than anything else, and I'd advise you to focus on rear delts by starting with reverse flies and doing wide-grip upright rows where you pull your shoulder blades together. Of course do side raises and presses too, you may even want to do shrugs. Even though your traps appear overdeveloped from the front, you would look more complete from the back if your rhomboids(underneath the mid traps) had better development. As far as back, I'd suggest you focus more on pull-ups than rows and make sure you really focus on pulling your shoulder blades together. Also, when you do rows, keep your arms more away from your body and pull the weight into your chest rather than your stomach. This will focus the emphasis more into the rhomboids, teres, and rear delts rather than your lats which overpower everything else. Again, always sqeeze your shoulder blades together. Finally, when you do deadlifts, really focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top.

i am 22 years old and am following a basic bodybuilding diet about 6 meals first 4 with carbs last two with healthy fats i have been sick as hell the last two days and havent been able to eat that is why i havent replied
