Who do you guys watch videos of for learning how to do stuff? I used to watch a lot of riptoe when I started. I recently heard abut Dave tate so I looked him up. I've only watched squats but wow is it diff, from the wide stance, to starting out of the hole with the chest (where riptoe wants to start with an upward hip thrust.)

John Meadows is the only guy I make an effort to watch.. The rest is from a random search through a lot of youtube junk and eventually hope to strike gold with something new that makes sense..

I am the new guru. Just send me a money order and I will tell you everything you need to know.

Besides that just try to get as much different input as you can. And listen to those that are/were successful and have clients that are successful.

vids help with form but should always be refined by each lifter and never fully imitated. I still watch a lot of Cutler and Dean Ash (active channel)

Rip's vids are good for beginners; Tate has a powerlifting slant on most of his stuff.

This is the most comprehensive group of vids I've found on all things squat-related:

I hardly watch them anymore, used to when I started back up almost 4 years ago.

But generally I watch vids when I do from the likes of Brandon Lilly, Paul carter, Candito( he's new but making a HUGE name for himself) and Dom Merch(BroScience). The fitness/lifting youtube thing is getting REALLY over saturated and you have to really pick and choose who you want to watch because 99% of the vids out there are garbage.
