How to make Steel Cut Oats Shakes Taste Better

I have ground up my steel cut oats and mixed them in with a lot of milk. It's not horrible but I can definitely say I don't look forward to slamming that shake down.

What are some things you put in your shake to make them taste better? Honey? It seems like it needs something sweet.

    Thoughts?

i wouldnt recomend honey. if youre gonna add honey might as well just eat those flavored packets of oatmeal by quaker. theyre actually really good, just loaded with sugar.

    try splenda instead
