Decided to post a shot when I was feelin good...
So I have been posting a little more lately and I thought I might post a picture. Its also been a while since I posted pics so please forgive the terrible quality. I've recently changed my routine to include some more rest and its been helping a lot. I was at the gym today feeling a pretty good pump so I snapped a few shots. While I was feeling good my awful cam phone wasn not...its kinda crappy but I think you can see some increase in overall size. I was pleased when I hit the scale at 227 today. So I'd have to say I'm 227 and about 9% bf which I stay around full year. Im also 6'4" for those that dont know.
Here they are.

Pictures absolutely suck, but...you look great anyway. You are a tank, man. 6'-4" is a large frame to fill out. Great work!

I was waiting for that....the hair is being cut Saturday...it was just a stop gap from my normal fauxhawk...I thought it was kinda funny more of a gag type of thing. I get bored easily.

Yeah I have to ask too.
I have recently lost a lot of weight (fat) and as a result I am reluctant to 'bulk' whilst trying to add muscle. How do you keep increasing your strength and muscularity without ever going above 9% body fat?
Do you simply know EXACTLY the amount of calories, carbs, protein and fat to digest daily in order to increase in muscularity? Did you get to this stage through trial and error? Do you keep a diary on such stuff? Do you increase calories etc on a cardio day?
Sorry for all the questions but I'm eager to learn and you have one of the best physiques on here.
Thanks.

Max curl is now 110
Max row is 225
My current gym only goes up to 140 so I actually keep my working sets at 190 becuase anything more than a 50 on top and it just gets really painful/awkward.

I lift now 5 days a week and take the weekends off. I don't do cardio anymore, I let my diet keep me at my bodyfat. I do however walk 3 miles a day now. I love the low impact nature and feel that it helps keep me as lean as I want. Should I decide to cut I would definatley increase my cardio. The calories are just what works for me...usually 40/30/5 per meal as of late with a spike in carbs pre post and post post workout. Protein post workout is also a bit higher.

Well since I switched jobs my new location kinda makes it almost impossible to do anything, castings and shoots are during the work week and I can't take 3 hr lunch breaks anymore to git'er done. Once I can find the time I will start up again...fortunately, my current shape wont require me to do too much to get ready for the camera. Funny thing is I know live a block from my agent but never have the time to see him.

If you look at my sig, the diet is in there, its all pretty much the same except I'm a little less strict on the weekends and I don't take the nitrix cause it really didn't do too much for me. I have also up'd the oatmeal intake a little too.
As far as the workout is concerned I've switched that up too and will change it again when I start a hypertrophic specific training routine but for now:
Monday: Chest-Tri
Tuesday: Squat Day-Calves
Wednesday Back-Bi
Thursday Stiff-Leg Deads-Calves
Friday: Shoulders
Sat:Rest
Sun: Rest
Depending on how I feel I may do a few leg extensions on my squat day and leg curls on my deads day...but this is my new routine. The increase in overall rest and the day between my pushing and pulling movements has really been fantastic for my joints and development.
REBELZZ-Arms are right at 18.5-19 inches give or take depending on the pump.

wow that's a really cool routine, kind of like you're combining powerlifting with bodybuilding? Powerbuilding? I really like that routine I may try it sometime. On squat day, and SLDL day, how many sets of those do you do?
My squats are extremely week and I think if I took a day to do them, I could up the poundage quite a bit.
