I didn't really know whether to put this thread in the exercise section, or the sports training section but whatever.
which one is better for explosive power, power clean or power snatch?
I need to pick one to incorporate into my workout. Basically I want to run faster and run people over more often.
Thanks.

I did all my running (sprinting, plyo's) prior to the workout. You definately want to do your plyo's first and fresh. and again I felt stronger when I squated, not saying I was b/c i never maxed out doing this, but when I would rep a weight I never had a problem doing it.

speed exercises first.....then strength
snatches are more explosive than cleans

I have some stuff showing the difference between Peak force between the two. I believe the snatch is well ahead of the clean in peak force.
You want to do your more technical speed oriented lifts early in the training session. The reason is fatigue can hamper not only form but speed.
There is no reason why you cant do both snatch and clean in your wkly training session. All you need to do is seperate them on different days.
