I was just wondering.. I haven't really been taking much supplements other than protein shakes, but is gaining roughly 10 pounds of muscle mass in two months good progress?

Its possible but will require a strict diet that has perfect macros, you have to be getting enough sleep and flawless training. But it is possible with genetics to. Just try your hardest and never quit. Good luck!!1
