    push press reps/sets

    i have been doing push presses for about a month now doing around 4-5 sets 6-8 reps each set.but i think this excerise is meant to be lower reps like 1-3 ..jus wondering what a good set and rep range would be .thx

    ive always done push presses with lower sets. something like 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps.

    I usually do 3x3 for clean and jerk but i do each set as 3 back-to back-to back singles. Rest is like 10 seconds between each rep.
