3 scoops nlarge
2 cups of milk (1 cup = 250 ml)

= 55 g protein


thats more than a whole serving of nlarge

umm.. there's usually a scoop that comes with the nlarge

Yeah, you might have to dig around in there to find the scoop. Also, when you do find it, SAVE IT. You don't want to stick your hand in a bucket of whey again do you?
