Which cheat looks better?

Tommorow i was planning on having a cheat day and my cheat meal for the day was either going to be all you can eat at cici's pizza or all you can eat pancakes at dennys

Each piece of pizza at cici's is about 150 calories along with the cheese bread and stuff
The Pancakes are 440 calories a plate and anyone who has eaten at dennys knows the pancake plates consist of 3 pretty big pancakes..

To me the pancakes look like the better deal
what do you guys think?

So true! plus i very highly doubt i could get through 2 plates lol
but with the pizza...god i could easily eat 10+ pieces
there pieces are pretty small lol so...thats 1500-2000 calories at that meal or pancakes...880 calories for the whole meal

pancakes looking mighty good!

pancakes hands down bro, since we are on the subject, have you tried the harvest grain and nut pancakes from IHOP? they are awsome especially with a little of IHOPS butter pecan syrup.

It's much easier to severely overeat with pizza than with pancakes - even for a cheat meal this is quite a consideration. Though if it were me, the decision would be easy because I dont really have much of a sweet tooth

Have both Your really lean so I highly doubt a day of cheating wont do much damage or any at all.

That was my point. Two big stacks of pancakes will get you like 8 grams of incomplete protein. All you can eat pizza will get you well over 50 grams of complete protein and saturated fat which will do you good in moderation. Plus you get a ton of lycopene and vitamin c from the tomato sauce - not to mention the added protein and vitamins you get from any meat or veggies. Pancakes are great, but it's basically all simple carbs, no protein, no vitamins - total junkfood. I'd at least drink a quart or so of milk with all those pancakes.

in spain we have tuna pizzas...really if you put a bit of ham/bacon on it or just cheese, it tastes awesome. tuna + bacon pizza in spain is fairly common.

haha yea i just had a bowl of tuna fish! mm i mixed it with some garlic and black pepper =D lol

We have Denny's down here and yes...those pancakes are bigoomba big man...

HOWEVER if you are going to eat them I'd say leave off the margarin and ask for sugar free syrup.

Yea i agree im ordering it without the butter, i was planning on bringing my own fat free i cant beleive its not butter and then using to sugar free syrup but bringing my own butter would look kinda wierd lol

i would asume there is prob more protein in pizza because of the cheese, more calcium also, and there is new studies out there that cooked tomotoes have special benefits (pizza sauce )

If you were to maybe order the grand slam breakfast or somthing that comes with eggs and stuff then maybe the pancakes might be ok.

From a nutrition standpoint i would go with the pizza, and throw some veggies on top if u like that lol (I LOVE VEGIE PIZZA)

But remember it is a cheat, and during a cheat, you are supose to go with what you like more.

either way, i recomend eating whatever you do slowly as to give yourself time to get full. If you eat it fast you will eat way to much.

drinking water while i eat also helps me eat slower and feel fuller

anyways have a nice cheat!
