    Pain in Elbow, Forearm & Wrist

    I think it's from lifting, but I havn't worked out in a few weeks. For a couple months Ive had some pain in my wrist, elbow and forearm region. I can't even curl without feeling a pain in my wrist. Sometimes I feel a pain in my elbow region when doing things. When I even throw a football a tend to feel a weird feeling in my wrist/forearm. Could it be carpel tunnel or tendonitis or something? Anyone know what this could be? I get these pains and feelings all the time, not just from weight lifting. I've barely lifted in the past couple months because of this, and the pain hasn't gotten much better. Its tolerable and not severe, just very annoying.

    i knof if i do stright bar curls that are lieka normal type grip (as in wrist is 0 angle to shoulder) i get a splittign pain in my elbow and rigth down my forearm and to my wrist. its because both my forearm bones angle out quite a bit from my upper arm. as in, when i put my hands down,a nd rotate my palsm outwards, (leikda liek when dragon ball z gusy are powering up to go super satan or w.e.) they angle out instea dof goign stright. i forget what the condition si caleld though
