I've been hand scribbling my workout progress (weights, sets, reps, exercises) on a notepad.
I'd like to go with something a little better. Any recommendations for log books? Also, does anyone know if they have any good workout tracking software for pocketpc's?
I keep a mental note of what I last did and how much I did. I tend to be very repetitive so I know precisely what I last did and when I last did a certain execise.
