    Critque 4-day upper/lower split

    Ive been searching the forum and came up with this for a 4-day upper/lower
    spilt. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks--Kevin

    could someone critique:

    Monday-Lower(Quad dom.)
    *Squat
    *leg press
    *Leg extension
    *Weighted Backextensions-

    Tuesday-Upper
    *BB Bench press
    *weighted dips
    *Bent-over BB Row
    *Pull-ups(wide-grip)
    *BB Curls
    *preacher curls

    Wed-Off(cardio)

    Thursday- Lower(Hams dom.)
    *Deadlift
    *Leg Curls
    *DB Lung
    *Weighted Backextensions
    *Ab work

    Friday-Upper
    *DB Bench
    *incline Press
    *T-bar Row
    *Pull-down(wide-grip)
    *Lying Tri-extensions
    *Cable pressdown
