    CHILES - 3500 calorie/ 150g protein meal. fuaaark

    Just went to Chiles for the first time in 2-3 months.

    I ordered their BBQ hamburger with some kind of potato Bacon appetizer and it came with a salad.

    Looked at the calorie menu after,and the Hamburger alone was 2300 calories/95g protein, and the appetizer + salad was 1200 calories with tons of protein too.

    I just ate the whole thing for dinner...
    Currently home with terrible stomach ache.

    Thank You Chiles for easy calories and protein. But fuaaaaarrrkkk

    Sounds good but surely can't be good. Taking in all your daily calories in 1 meal = bad
    Try splitting up your caloric intake between 5-6 daily meals

    By the way, I eat like 5-5.5k a day generally,have sometimes hit 6k+ markers so the 3500 isn't my entire day at all. Did certainly set me up for probably 6,000+ today though lmao
