I'd say fish oil if just for the importance of the DHA content.

Fish oil, about 6 grams a day. Aim for 1 gram epa and dha a day.

i use both fish oil, and flax seed oil. fish oil softgels throughout the day, and the flax seed oil mainly over cooked oats.Originally Posted by rj71

If I want to take a take a liquid by tablespoon, for example...
