I got some frozen blackberries. I'm cutting, and wanted to liven up my breakfast (oats, milk, protein shake) with some blackberries. Are these OK to have in the morning or is there a better time to have them? Otherwise i'll just have a banana, which is good but not as tasty

Breakfest would be your best time to have them. Berries are great for antioxidants, especially blueberries.
