    Healthy Spaghetti!!!

    a guy told me you can even eat spaghetti while cutting as long as it's not much.

    heres what u use, Whole Wheat Noodles, Ground Turkey and Fat Free Lite sause.

    If it fits in your macros. I tend to stay away from noodles, they dont fill me up too much, and a itend to want to eat more ofthem.

    Sure you can have it. I had brown rice pasta, but it's very carb dense so you can't have much of it.

    Measure out your portion sizes for the pasta. Either only make one portion or seperate it after cooking. Very easy to overeat on pasta since it is so carb dense. Go with whole wheat pasta, I buy the one that is also enriched with Omega 3's (forget the name brand)
