I usually have six scrambled egg whites and 1/3 an avocado. Sometimes I'll take a handful of oat squares (low sugar cereal) just for the tiny amount of carbs to help me get through a few more hours. But I'm still up in the middle of the night most nights getting a protein drink because I'm so hungry I'm sick. And I eat enough, during the day -- trust me. No need for anyone to suggest I'm hungry at night because I don't eat enough during the day!!
