Late night snack?

What is something to eat later in the evening. Say, I workout from 6:30 to 8:00 and have a protein drink right after. I usually go to bed around 11:00 but almost always I am hungry around 9:30 or 10:00. What can I eat or what should I eat if anything. I am trying to drop body fat and some weight

Is your pro shake only whey? I would consume some carb with your pro post workout. When i am hungry before bed, i usually eat 3 oz of tuna and some almonds.

My pro shake contains 1 scoop whey, half a cup of oats, and either a fresh banana or strawberries

If you're trying to lose fat then I wouldn't recommend eating anything more before bed except maybe a small serving of protein at most since you have a pretty large PWO shake. Make sure that you are getting the proper nutrition throughout the day starting with breakfast and maybe you won't be so hungry right before bed

I usually have six scrambled egg whites and 1/3 an avocado. Sometimes I'll take a handful of oat squares (low sugar cereal) just for the tiny amount of carbs to help me get through a few more hours. But I'm still up in the middle of the night most nights getting a protein drink because I'm so hungry I'm sick. And I eat enough, during the day -- trust me. No need for anyone to suggest I'm hungry at night because I don't eat enough during the day!!
