21 or 22 but nothing serious, prob by 25 or 26 then started to get into it but diet & rest din bother. as u age, u learn more.

experience comes with age. i'm picking up alot of things about my own body and nutrition and training as i go.

which safra gym do you frequent? tampines by any chance? cause i live just near there.

don't criticize a country you know nuts about. we still thrive with odd rules and at least we get to feel safe everywhere we go. about it being an almost police state, it isn't, there are places with even more odd rules than we do.

i train in either the Bedok sports center gym or the clementi one (next to the swimming complex)...usually in the evenings. nice to see ya guys here..

How much for SAFRA membership?

How are the facilities at SAFRA???

link is for gym price but this is at normal rates.
I tink e promotion is still ongoing, u can check w them
so u'll pay cheaper rates but will have to most likely sign up
6 mths for e 1st x.

u'll have to be a SAFRA member 1st before signing a 1x entrance
fee for gym then e actual membership fees for e gym. hope this helps.

cool man, great to see fellowmates posting.. i train at tampines swimming complex. the gym sucks sia. suck man, u cannot bring the plate weighs out of the zone to use it for weight dips >.< and no towel cannot enter lol

hey, i train there sometimes when i'm not training at my usual place. i stay around the area. looking good for a 16 year old.

nah. think $310 can only get you a couple months at a gym/club like fitness first. but the facilities and the gym there is awesome. you get like superb view, wonderful rooftop pool. they have quite a few locations. it's more like an exclusive kind of gym.

Is there a power rack? Is there a dip station? Are there at least 8 45lb plates??? Are the dumbbells more than 25kg???

If yes,I can consider joining for a short period....to check out the babes...

they have everything there. the dumbells hit 100lbs man. they have tonnes of 45lb plates, definitely a dip station. power rack yes. and office babes? yes. lol.

hey wanna find a day we train together if u are going to the tampines swimming complex? it will b cool for someone to give me advise.. anyway yesterday i went and they haf update some new equipments .
