    does weight lifting burn calories?

    i know cardio is the way to go if you want to burn calories, but does weight lifting burn many calories? or minimal calories?

    I think lifting weights burns toxins, not calories. That's why it's important to not eat anything, especially protein or carbs, at least three hours before working out.

    Weightlifting does NOT burn calories. In fact, lifting weights dramatically reduces metabolic rate. It also can lead to muscle spasms baldness in youngsters who workout.

    This is why many top bodybuilders don't lift weights anymore, but rather use 'resistance tubes' to build muscle instead.
    Not only are my muscles big but they've got more layers of fibras n **** than other peoples. Just the other day my man J-Bomb thought he was cokcy **** since hes pretty damn jacked too put he aint got **** on me. We set up some weights in my backyard, topless in this weather, real man **** here son, no time for pussy assed health spas, i schooled his ass, should have seen his eyes, couldnyt believe the kinda sh21t i was lifting.

    yes it does, unless you lift without using any energy whatsoever.
    no it doesnt use as much as cardio because you arent actually lifting for half an hour a opposed to if you are running around the block for half an hour.

    That's why cell-tech is so effective. Instead of using energy, your body converts the cell-tech to "muscle fuel" and burns that instead (in addition to the toxins).
