    Jay Cutler's Recipe ?

I found this recipe in Jay Cutler's website, but I don't think its a hardcore bodybuilding recipe. It does seem good on carbs, more like a preworkout snack. I haven't tried this, but post if anyone does, tell me how they turn out.
