omg this is funny as ****, but you seem serious, i duno about the headache, but the pennis would inflate more because of the urine, i knows its not stored in the pennis, but it still afects it, like wen u wake up it is more inflated cos you need to PISS!!
not sure about the headaches tho, if anything it should make them go away, because you can get headaches from dehydration:S

Yesterday I drank 3 big glasses (probably about 1.5 liters) of water real fast and got real sick. IDK what happened exactly, but about 15 minutes after I drank them, I got those spots in my eyes like you get after staring into a bright light then I got a real bad headache and about 1 hour later I threw up like crazy. No idea if it was related or if it was just something in the water. I feel a little better today...
