Yeah I am trying so hard, I know for the most part it is diet so I am using it to the fulllest with carb cycling, water and green tea, protein, not too many carbs
lots of fruits and veggies. How am I doing so far?? Trying to factor in lots of cardio along with my weight routine and 1 or 2 days of HITT. Today I did 6 miles on the treadmill on a empty stomach, tonight shoulders. Straight protein as my last meal muscle milk yum. Let me see.. what else ohh yeah more fiber I try to get every veggie to be greens. Abs everyday hard 3-6 sets 20-40 reps. Weighted or Not depends on the exercise. How does this all sound can someone give me a heads up if I am missing out on anything???

definately not pills...if you dont got a clue what your talkin about, then don't give advice that someone who doesnt know better will accept as true
the only time i would recommend pills if you have reached an absolutely low bf% and you just want the extra kick (pills to help dry you out). Thats in extreme circumstances, and used usually only when competing6'2 215lbs ~Less than 10% bf
