B3= 209%
B6= 228%
B12= 466%
FOLS= 169%
C= 311%
D= 218%
E= 126%
CALCIUM= 288%
IRON= 108%
NATRIUM= 119%
K= 120%

i think most of the excess vits and some minerals will just end up in the white bowl anyway.
But i'm not too sure.
I'd be careful with Selenium though. It can be toxic if overconsumed. But ur levels of Selenium are fine..

Supposively, consuming over 100% of Vitamin-D on a daily basis will lead to calcium storing up in your veins, liver and lungs. Symptoms are nausia, sleepiness and loss of apetite.
Though I'm not positive about the source of this information. What do you guys say?

% daily value are based on the regular Jo that doesn't workout everyday or shock his body.
You're fine, you'll just flush them away.

lolz, that suggests that taking 75,000 IU daily of Vitamin D can be dangerous to your health. My vitamin has 400 IU.

I was right around 1,300 IU due to taking Vitamin D + Calcium (w/magnesium & D) and the Activite multis...I'm not seeing any positive benefits to taking the additional D, so I think I'm going to dump it for the time being...the study also mentioned that 50,000 IU of Vitamin D is detrimental, btb. It is generally fairly difficult to OD most of the vitamins/minerals.

Well, first it depends on whether or not the vitamin is water or fat soluble. The water soluble ones like vitamin C just get pissed out if you have too much of them. It's the fat soluble ones like vitamin A,D,E, and K that store in your fat cells and can reach toxic levels if you get too much.
However, the % value is for sedentary people. If you are bodybuilding then your body demands a lot more vitamins and minerals. Also, the % values are more of a minimum amount really. Basically unless you had a really weird diet I wouldn't be too concerned. NO-Xplode has 2000% daily value of vitamin B12. I used to take a creatine supplement that had like 900% vitamin E. So like I said, unless you are eating extreme amounts of a certain food I wouldn't be too concerned about getting too much of a vitamin/mineral, even if your % values are high.

the only one i would be concerned with and its not really concerned but be aware of your Iron intake. Thats the only mineral that i really watch to not go over the DV, but the rest it's fairly hard.

Well, Iron is only toxic if you eat liver or similiar bloody products on several occasions a day.
Thanks for the info guys!
