NO- explode definitly helps when i lift. i also take animal-pak as a multi and i can safely say while lifting i feel a slight difference. NO-explode is probably the best pump iv gotten, and iv taken many NO products and a few other pump type products

Carbs help. I wouldn't waste time with any NO product no matter how good some bbing.com addict makes the review look...

yeah I am using NO-explode now and I used it in the past even with nitrix. It's an awesome product but I think I am looking for something more stronger not caffiene wise though. Cause I know that one of the main ingredients No-explode is caffiene.

superpump250 by gaspari nutrition got me feeling great and gave me a pump like i havent had before i took no xplod but it just gave me a rush of caffeine superpump250 really got me "in the zone" and i felt a bit of strength increase

Supplements are overrated. Start eating complex carbs and vegetables before you workout and see how pumped you are.

I think it would benefit him much more (financially and mentally) if he could achieve the same results without supplements. I certainly do.

Muscletech NaNox9 is the best NO sup ive ever used...the pump is almost instant...within 3 minutes of taking it and its insane...i got a huge full body pump when i took it on leg day

I have tried many NO products, I am currently taking Animal Pump and stacking it with GlycerGrow and the pumps have been insane!! i love the feeling, a lot of people will say they are a waste of money. One way I look at it, is I work a rotating schedule and if a pump will motivate me to get to the gym, then its worth it just for that reason.
White blood, shock/storm I also like.

Suplementing with supersets and dropsets (especially calves!) definitely works for me, and oh yeah oats 1 hr prior to workout too

1) Gym intensity
2) lots of water
3) complex carbohydrates
