I use an arsenal of supps for my joints.
1. Flaxseed Oil softgels
2. Elasti-Joint powder
3. FlexFactor softgels
4. Prozyme (enzymes)
5. And good ole aspirin
I also wear neoprene elbow and knee supports and I ice my knees down after every leg workout.Racism is completely irrational.
