Im an ectomorph hardcore, im 6'0 and weigh only around 145. Mt metabolism is insane, i eat like crazy and sometimes even lose weight! I think its because i also do alot of cardio and play alot of sports, but i want to bulk and build mass, though not lose too much rip, as it were.
Ive occasionally went to the gym and played around with dumbells at home but nothing serious, looking into bulking needs advice and critique on what i should do based on my pics.
I have no idea what poses i am doing, so try not to laugh.
