Sure i have a question...
Seeing as this is the only pic i have at the moment, from what you can see- Do i look well built for a 14 year old?
I was pretty skinny and didn't really have much build, this is 4-5 months work.

Gonna take some pics for next time to post a thread like this so you can see everything.

Ditch the thermolife crap. Quite frankly your putting too much reliance on supplements. Other than organ support, Whey, Casein, Multi, and Creatine (sometimes) I don't use anything else so HONESTLY I am not familiar with all these fad products out there these days.
If you want a good creatine product Vitargo CGL is the most impressive I have come across so far.

First off, why are you on the 5x5 program? Are you alternating your rep schemes? A big problem I have noticed with people new to the sport is they eat so damn clean, in the off season I will hit up fast food at least every other day if I am out and going to miss a meal. Go around the kitchen eating EVERYTHING. Tunas cheap, if moneys a problem go to the grocery store and look around and prices. Hamburger helper is one of my favorites and is dirt cheap.

Why are you doing chest and tris 2x per week?
And cellmass, NO-xlpode is just NO2, I have yet to see any studies that NO2 actually does ANYTHING at all.

Well first off you need to be periodizing your reps, also do you want size or strength primarily?

8-15 Reps works best in my opinion for size. Periodizing your reps means changing them every so often to maximize gains and keep your body from going stagnant. I change my rep range every 2 weeks.

Hey, im a newbie and am getting my gym membership at the beginning of november. i have been looking around these forums for inspiration and the rippetoe(sp.) program seems to be very popular among beginners, so i will be doing weight training mon wed fri, i plan on doing an intense cardio day on a sunday to keep myself fit as i play a fair few sports, will this stunt my development in the weight aspects too much as ive heard that developing cardio and size conflict. I am 16 6'6" tall and weigh 72kg (you can see why i wanna bulk) any supplements you recommend considering my size and plan???
Thanks for any help, much appreciated

Weight training actually stunting growth is a complete myth in my opinion. However it can present problems to younger children as their bones and cartilage are still forming properly.
I am not familiar with Riptoes program. I have always used my own routines. Honestly in my opinion do the program test it out, find which exercises work for you the best and put something together.
Protein powder and creatine mono is all I would recommend. FOOD is key.

So if i did 15 reps, how many sets do i do?
And how would i change the reps, do 12 for 2 weeks, then change it 13 for 2 weeks and so on?

No not small changes in reps.
I change my minimum amount of reps per set.
15, 8, 12, 5, 10, repeat usually...
The last rep or two is usually forced but if I can push through more I go for more.
As far as sets, usually I go 5 different exercises for muscle group, and three workin sets per exercise.

Is it good working out my whole upper body in one day? I work on my forarems, biceps, triceps, chest, back, and shoulders.
Do I really need to work on my legs? My legs are very big and people tell me my calves are very big for my size. I'm 5"9 and 147 pounds. I eat fish and meat with rice everyday, do I need to take protein supplyments?

Unless you start working your legs I am not even going to bother to help you. This is bodybuilding.com not Iwanttolooklikeananorexicabercrombiemodel.com
Dont take it personally, but if your too lazy to work your legs its not worth my time to help you.

Well to grow you need calories and cardio burns calories and puts your body in a catabolic state so yes cardio will stund mass gains but quite frankly not a noticable amount at 16 unless your really over doing it.
Trust me ditch those supplements, youll gain more muscle mass using than money at mcdonalds.

How do I get veins running down my arms and shoulders and such?
I think I have a relatively low body fat.
Someone told me since I'm 13 i'm still going through puberty and getting rid of baby fat.
Could that be true?
I have veins some areas but I can tell not all of them are there. It's like 5 going down my right and 2 going down my left and 1 going up my bicep on my left arm.
It's wierd.

Please ask coherant questions only. Please don't ask completely rediculous questions either.
Use the most weight possible for the desired rep scheme without destroying your form.

Oh, ok. I get it.
I wanna ask a question and don't get mad at me plz.
I see really big buff guys at the gym and I never see any of them working on their legs or use the leg machines. I only see the girls do it. Do they work on their legs a special way or something?
