hmm... well not to be a stick up anyones @ss.. but that seems like a bit much for someone of your age... and was it a full range of motion with proper form? i have a couple years on you... a bunch of weight and have been playing soccer since i could walk... thus strong calves and when i get near 400 i notice my form starting to fade... so just make sure ur using proper form...

450? thats not very much. i can get 300 for 20+ reps whenever i try and do it. but the machine at my school cant get anyhigher so i dont bother doing em. maybe its just me cu my legs are pretty strong compared to my upperbody.
