    Is it ok to have celltech before i workout?

    is it better to have before or after a workout?

    celltech is a supplement, you can use supplements at anytime you want, some supplements are better taken at specific times, cell tech is carbs and creatine to my knowledge, so anytime you feel like a carb boost you can take it, with that said you can take it preworkout if you want, during your workout, or after your workout, some studies show its better to take certain supplements at certain tiems and that gets into a whole different thread that has been discused a few times on here already im sure, but to solidify your question YES you can take it pre workout if you so desire
    I used to use celltech. But I'll tell you something: I would only use it in the late evening. Oh, occasionally the early evening, but usually the late evening - or the mid-evening. Just the early evening, midevening and late evening. Occasionally, early afternoon, early midafternoon, or perhaps the late-midafternoon. Oh, sometimes the early-mid-late-early morning. . . . But never at dusk.

    No if you take cell tech before you workout your muscles swell up until you look like Greg Valentino (mr. Synthol) then they explode.

    Seriously though, no it does not matter what time you take it. For the money you are spending on cell tech you can get much better products for less cost. Do some research, maybe head over to the supplement wars section of the forum. It will help you out.

    Cell-Tech is best used immediately after a workout for the carbs and creatine intake. Personally I take it in the morning and after workouts.

    If you absolutely insist on taking celltech, then taking it after your workout would be better. I do recommend though you look into other creatines.(XCEED,Sizeon, Clout, Thunder, Green Bulge, just to name a few.)

    after a workout would be optimal the blend of dextrose and creatine combined with protein and some oats would make a solid postworkout shake.

    note: The amount of dextrose and creatine is really excessive in this product. I'd only take a half serving post workout if I was you. This will also make it last longer.

    You should spike insulin levels post workout since that is when your muscles are most sensitive to insulin. That way you affect the muscle cells more than fat cells and it won't be so bad on your body as far as storing adipose tissue(fat) is concerned.
