Arrow Bulking Season is here Critique my Off season diet please.

Hi all i am due to finish cutting in the next few weeks and so im preparing my bulking diet in advance, ill post my cutting diet so you can see what i have been doing to lose fat and then bulking diet so you can see what i will be doing to gain weight. Any and all critique is welcomed with an open mind.

Cutting diet-

Meal 1-Ommelete-2 yolks, 5 whites, half an onlion, 2 inch of frankfurt sausage.
Meal 2-Lean meat, poultry or fish and handfull of mixed vegetables.
Meal 3-Protein shake made with skimmed milk and 1/4 cup of oats or some form of cereal, cod liver oil. (Pre Workout)
Meal 4-Protein shake made with skimmed milk and full cup of cereal. (Post Workout)
Meal 5-Lean meat, poultry or fish.
Meal 6-Lean meat, poultry or fish.

Brown sauce, small portions of stuffing, haslet and frankfurt sausage added to most meals for taste. Cereals used are things like muesli, oatabix, bran and raisans or oat crisp.
This cutting diet and 2 30 minute sessions of cardio a day have gotten me to the bodyfat and shape im in, in the pictures in my journal below.

My Bulking Diet-

Meal 4-Protein shake made with semi-skimmed milk and 1TBSP natty PB,1 full cup of cereal, 1 full cup of instant oats/cereal, handfull of fruit.(Post Workout)
Meal 5-Lean meat, poultry or fish, 2 full cups of pasta/rice, 1 full cup of mixed vegetables.
Meal 6-Lean meat, poultry or fish, 1 full cup of mixed vegetables.

Thats my bulking diet will be following it for 3 months then ill decide what im going to do when i get to the end of the 3 months, keep going or cut.

Please can you critique the 2 diets in any way possible all feedback is welcomed.

Ill post some before pictures from when i started about 2-3years ago and some of now all though there are more pictures in my journal stated above.
